Delivery Rules

1. Delivery Coverage

Dactarbari.com provides home delivery of medicines, healthcare products, and related services across Dhaka and other major cities in Bangladesh.
Delivery availability depends on your exact location and product type. We continuously work to expand our coverage areas.


2. Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary due to stock availability, prescription verification, or unavoidable courier delays.


3. Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: Standard delivery charge of ৳60–৳100 depending on order weight and distance.

  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery charge varies based on courier service and package weight.

  • Free Delivery: May apply on special offers, promotional campaigns, or orders above a specified amount (announced on the website).


4. Prescription-Based Orders

For prescription medicines, customers must upload a valid doctor’s prescription at the time of ordering.
Dactarbari reserves the right to cancel or delay delivery if:

  • The prescription is invalid or incomplete.

  • The medicine requires a doctor’s consultation or is restricted under law.


5. Delivery Process

  1. After placing an order, customers receive an order confirmation message or email.

  2. Orders are processed once the payment and/or prescription verification is completed.

  3. Our delivery partner will contact you before delivery.

  4. You are requested to check the package condition upon receipt before making payment (for COD orders).


6. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive for timely deliveries, certain factors beyond our control (weather, lockdowns, courier delays, or supplier shortages) may affect timelines.
In such cases, our customer support will notify you of any expected delay or offer a refund if applicable.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to wrong address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, the delivery may be rescheduled once.

  • Repeated failed attempts may result in order cancellation, and delivery charges may still apply.


8. Product Inspection & Acceptance

Please inspect your package upon delivery.
Do not accept the parcel if:

  • It appears tampered, opened, or damaged.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

If accepted, any claim for replacement or refund must follow our Return and Refund Policy within 7 days.
